Rules of User Conduct:

You acknowledge and agree that the Visual Trading Systems, LLC (hereby known as "VT") forum is intended to be a place where VT customers, employees, and other interested parties can share questions, suggestions, and information about the VT trading platform. Discussions on the VT forum should be limited only to the features and use of the VT trading platform. All other questions, comments, and suggestions should be directed to the appropriate support department(s).

All posts submitted should be related to the VT software. This can include suggestions, questions, comments and/or requests. However, under no circumstances should a post be related to forex brokerages, trading experiences, server stability or in any way not related to the VT software. Any such posts submitted will be deleted and will not be posted into the forums.

You, the user of the VT forums, agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content (including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information) that:

• Discusses forex brokers/brokerages; trading terms; or non-VT trading software;


• Contains excessive profanity or vulgar language;


• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar language in the creation of a user name or otherwise violates VT's rules or policies or these Rules of User Conduct;


• Victimizes, harasses, degrades, disrespects, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;


• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;


• Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;


• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;


• Impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of VT; or


• Constitutes any form of direct or indirect advertising, solicitation, or recruiting without VT’s permission. Such actions include, but are not limited to posting your phone or fax number, and posting any URLs or hyperlinks to your commercial web site or email account.

You also agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users or members of this site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number, or name of their school.

Users of the forum must abide by these Rules of User Conduct. Any offending posts will be removed and accompanied by a warning to the user from the moderator. Should a user accrue two warnings, that user will be banned from the VT user forum.

Conversely, VT is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
