Trying to logging into my practice account I get the following error message:

Trading server unavailable. Error No:1002

I have checked ID and password, they are correct. What should I do?

Hello PR,

I'm assuming you're using a VT Trader Forex.com practice account. If that's the case, I believe the 1002 error indicates that the practice account has expired. You'll need to contact Forex.com to request that they re-enable/extend your practice account (or you can simply create a new practice account if you have access to more than 1 email address for such purposes).

Hello,

Did you ensure you used a *different* email address than you signed up with a practice account for previously? I'm almost certain the same email address can't be used again. You may want to contact Forex.com's customer support and ask if they can extend your existing VT Trader practice account if you don't have access to more than one email address to create a new practice account with.

Error 1002 is an expired practice account error. You'll need to contact Forex.com to request that they re-enable/extend your practice account. Closing topic.
