I have made 4 sell orders in succession, and made the fifth sell order with 4 lots. Strangely, I found the fifth order can be closed before the first sell order I made. Does this violate the FIFO rule. Is this because it is in demo account? Can this happen in live account?

You'll need to address this question to your broker's customer support department. They will be able to properly explain the details of their dealing policies to you.
