Hello All:

I am presenting here two systems that could revolutionize trading as we know it. At this moment these two systems exist only in my dreams. One of them is based on the inverse fisher transform. The other one shows the potential of chaos. Chaos theory in this case. At the moment the only way to show the true potential of these two systems is by using a little cheating. Not really cheating, but a creative solution to display what otherwise would remain hidden.

These two systems implement a horizontal negative shift. This is like seeing into the future. Using this negative horizontal shift makes the system highly UNSTABLE when auto-trading is enabled and this should NOT be done during live trading. These two systems that I present here are only for illustrative purposes. Don't tell me that I did not warn you. It is my hope that somebody very intelligent may find a way to make these system work without a negative horizontal shift.

Here are a few screenshots of these two systems. (taken on 1000 bars demo data)

Hi Cornelis,

thats look great. The turn point well even than the ideal one. That is the best result what I saw until now even in 1 minute scenario. I couldn’t test this cause of weekend but vertical shifting was actually that what I was missing all over time in the previous systems. A longer time ago was tolking about an idea to use a chaos theories formula to catch the whole over time changed environment what is big problem for static systems.

Tell please a little bit more how effect the shifting the stability of system?

CU Roscos

Great!

Hello Roscos:

Signals will appear and disappear. This causes unreliable performance during live trading.

Roscos:

Could you give more information about this chaos formula?
How is this formula called, and who was working on it?

Cornelis,

Hello. Is there a way I may contact you outside of this forum?

There is one person who has written a few books about using chaos for trading. That is Bill Williams. The book is called: Trading chaos. It may give some interesting ideas but it doesn't give you winning formulas. I am afraid that to calculate fractal points in real time a super-computer is needed. Anyone in here has some ideas on how to build a cheap one?

I am afraid that I can't give you any details about that. "Search your feelings and find me you will"
