A feature to allow the user to select between EST and GMT as suggested by Frank, would be nice. Nice but not essential. Then you could even add the time around the globe for all users. However it must be done in such a way as to let the user know the time difference from the EST time because this is the standard upon wich all trading is based and such a feature if not very carefully implemented would serve to confuse rather than help the user.

A way this system could be successfully implemented would be to make international versions of your documentation and software. Each verson taking into account the time difference where necessary. However, considering you can not provide high quality, consistant, professional documentation and tutorials in a single language and time frame, I would suggest this feature not be implemented until a much later date.

I have seen the 3 min and a 21 tick chart and both are appealing.

GMT yes...

if i could add my 2 cents worth, i have worked with a 2 minute chart before and it is very nice, it reduces the "nervousness" of the 1 minute chart by 50%.

that would be a nice addition to this already great charting package.

GMT time zone support implemented in VT Trader 2.0.23.26.
