The new version 2.0.23.26 is not working on my system. Tried many times with fresh installation. It shows login OK, version check OK, but then always stop at loading.
Previous one 2.0.23.12 still working, but the chart service is not loading.
I tried Windows Vista and Windows XP, the same situation.
Please support.

An investigation is under way. Please provide your detailed log files from the day(s) you've experienced this issue. You can find them in the DetailedLogs folder within the Data folder (which can be found using VT Trader's ribbon>Help menu>Logs and Data group>Data Folder command). Please place all log files for the day(s) you experienced this issue into a .zip file and upload them here as an attachment to your post. Thank you.

Is it safe to post the log file here?
By the way, I found a work around. If I connect in Offline mode first, it can open and then I try login, it works fine. But even after that if I close it and try normal login, it stops again in loading...

Yes, it's safe. The log files are encrypted. Only the VT Trader developers and QA team has access to the decryption algorithm. Additionally, I won't post the logs publicly. I can download the log files attachment from your post while it's still in the moderation queue and then remove it before approving the post so that the log files are never made public.

purusa: Please try changing your Windows' Data Execution Prevention (DEP) setting to "Essential Windows Services and Software Only". You can learn more about DEP here:

This should take care of the memory error.
