How-To Change the Default Trading Lot Size:

To change the default trading lot size (default is 1.0) you can do the following:

VT Trader's Ribbon UI > Trading Terminal menu > Accounts Summary group > Account(s) Information command

In the 'Account(s) Information' window find the column labeled 'DA'. Right-click with your mouse in the cell within this column in the corresponding row for the active 'Acct ID' you wish to change. Choose 'Edit DA and Group' and type in the new default lot size you wish to trade with (ie: 0.1, 0.2, 2.0, etc.). Then click "OK".

However, when requesting an order please ensure that you verify the correct 'Acct ID' is selected and the 'Amount' is set to your required trade lot size before submitting your order request.
