Login/Multilingual support

* Language Selected In Login Window Is Saved: Language settings selected by the user in the login window are now stored by VTtrader and are automatically loaded every time the user launches VTtrader.

* Polish Localization Updated: Polish localization of the client has been renewed. To use this localization select “Polish (PLK)” from the language menu during Login.

Trading Systems/Indicators

* Trading Systems and Indicators updates: Algorithms for some of the older Trading Systems and Indicators were brought up to date. Inconsistencies in the code of some Trading Systems corrected.

* Trading System Counter Improved: Trading System counter now functions correctly after reconnect. The counter restores all the values that were present at the time that the disconnection occurred, including accounts traded and signals received

Interface Improvements

The following minor improvements to VTtrader interface were made:

* spelling errors in the names of some Indicators corrected
* missing hints for some of the tools in VT Navigator added
* links to the help documentation updated, etc.
