Changes for version 2.59 (20040607):

* Bulgarian localization added (BGR)

* Polish localization added (PLK)

* Chinese localization improved: Chinese (Simplify)(CHS), Chinese (Traditional)(CHT) in the language menu

* Chart not showing after change of interval or instrument bug fixed

* It is now possible to set mini-lots (0.1) to Trading Systems

* The bug with the Trading System script editor fixed

* Link to official VT forums included in help menu
